Your liver is your largest internal organ, and is responsible for filtering our blood of toxins and removing any that do get into our bloodstream. When its function is compromised we accumulate toxins more quickly due to its inability to manage and dispatch toxins out of the body appropriately.

Therefore, it makes sense to specifically stimulate and detoxify this organ during a detox so it can properly handle its humble but vitally important job of removing toxins from our body. Key foods and herbs that stimulate liver function include:
